Honda has a short list of fully-electric vehicles on its lineup, and it is only with the Clarity EV sedan in its current offers for the world. However, that is about to change when Honda releases the Prologue, which the company already announced for the world to witness this year.

It is not yet a full reveal of the vehicle as it is only a concept of what is to come in two years.

The Honda Prologue is a fully-electric SUV that focuses on the company's first take on electric cars for the future of its vehicle manufacturing branch. Moreover, the electric car is in partnership with GM, as part of their massive venture to create electric vehicles for the world and distribute it to the many markets present.

When is the Honda Prologue Coming?

The Verge's report said that the Prologue is the first EV that will come from Honda, as part of its 30 upcoming vehicles to come by 2030 that will focus on clean energy. The Honda Prologue will come by 2024, and it will take more than two years to see its first actual release for the public, and the delivery dates may vary in the coming production.

Honda and its EV Plans

Honda has many electric vehicle plans already, and the Japanese car company made it so even during its early days. It presented many plans and ventures toward clean energy, and the company made it so that it already cut ties with F1 partners to reduce its carbon emissions and the pollution it brings to the air that harms the environment.

Back in 2020, the Japanese company also expressed its partnership with the United States General Motors, and both are under a deal to create electric vehicles that will launch in the succeeding years. The venture would not be for Honda alone, as it is also with the Acura company that it owns, all for electric vehicles.

The famous car manufacturer is already shaping up its plans and ventures for the future of transportation.

Now, it is close to bringing its electric vehicles to the world, but it may have to be a two-year wait for everyone on the new Honda Prologue. Nevertheless, it is coming to the country as it is one of the two vehicles that it announced last 2020, with a venture to create it with GM.

Honda Prologue did not yet reveal its extensive specs but it is already giving a sense of how it will appear soon.
