Massive discounts for the Google Pixel 6 have been spotted left and right, and now, the company is getting ready to roll out its new Pixel 7 series. The good news is that the Google Pixel 7 Pro colors have been confirmed.

The Importance of the Colors of the Smartphone

Aside from specs and brand, many buyers still look at the color when choosing their next smartphone. If the brand or smartphone doesn't have a color they want, some buyers are less likely to purchase them.

There is, of course, an option for buyers to use cell phone cases to get the color that they want. Although a lot of people still use cell phone cases, there has started to be an increase in people who have decided to leave their smartphones in their natural state.

Google Will be Switching Styles with the Pixel 7 Series to a More Serious Tone

According to the story by Pocket-Lint, it seems like Google has shifted in direction regarding the colors; it will be releasing the Pixel 7 series. Instead of fun colors with fun names, the company is going for a more muted tone than its previous decisions.

This means the company will no longer launch colors like the Stormy Black or the Kinda Coral seen in the Pixel 6. This, however, might be the most notable upgrade in the Pixel 7 compared to the Pixel 6.

The article notes that the Pixel 7 will have more software upgrades than hardware upgrades. The only major exception is the use of the new Google Tensor G2 chip, which will power the whole smartphone.

Obsidian Google Pixel 7 Pro Option

The first color available is the Obsidian option. As seen on Amazon, the Obsidian Google Pixel 7 Pro comes in a shade of gray, which is not yet black but leaning towards the darker side.

This particular color gives a stronger and more serious presence compared to many other previous colors that the Google Pixel smartphones used to launch. The new Obsidian color takes a more serious tone among the bunch.

Snow Google Pixel 7 Pro Option

The second color available is the Snow Google Pixel 7 Pro, a white version of the smartphone. This color can be considered the classiest among the bunch and is great for buyers that enjoy a white and clean look.

Hazel Google Pixel 7 Pro Option

The last but not the least color is Hazel. The interesting thing about the Hazel color is that although it looks similar to a lighter gray compared to Obsidian, it does have a hint of brown and earthiness.

The hint of brown helps make the Hazel color stand out more naturally compared to the artificial look of the two other colors. At the end of the day, buyers can choose whichever color best fits them, but for those used to fun colors, this will change with the new Google Pixel 7 series.
