Tesla reports that Q3 2022 was another strong period for the company, particularly with its record-breaking sales that brought $21.4 billion in revenue to the company. Last year in the same quarter, Tesla was only able to generate $13.7 billion in sales, with this year seeing a 56 percent revenue increase which gave the world the EVs and services it needs.

However, Tesla said that it still needs to improve on deliveries in the following quarters, particularly as they get a "bottleneck" towards the end of each quarter to bring their EVs to customers.

Tesla's Q3 2022 Earnings delivered its report regarding its performance over the last three months and maintains its strong progression in the industry. As titans of the electric vehicle industry, Tesla managed to beat its previous numbers in the past years, with the company improving more than half its results in Q3 2021. 

The company's report said that it saw a free cash flow of as much as $8.9 billion in the last 12 months, and it centered on a massive profit in this quarter. 

In the company's $21.4 billion revenue, the company saw a $3.3 billion net income for its services and products, which is only a testament to Tesla's continued performance.

Massive Profit for Q3 2022, Better Deliveries for Q4

The report saw a massive profit for Q3 2022, but it is still a challenge for them to deliver EVs due to supply chain constraints from its battery supplies in the world. The company already thought of a solution to this problem, and it aims to push out deliveries better in the coming quarters, particularly as it gets swamped towards the end of each period.
