The film's speculated lead cast, Oscar Isaac, provided an update regarding the movie, and while it is not much information about its story, it seems like a confirmation for a future project. It is also speculated that the famous Hollywood actor will take on the Solid Snake role, the main character of the massive game series.

While Isaac did not reveal much about the movie, the actor showed his enthusiasm and dedication to pushing through with the film adaptation of the famous franchise.

For the longest time now, some reports center on the "Metal Gear Solid" movie arriving, and as early as 2018, there have been reports about it.

It is known that Isaac already signed up for the "Metal Gear" movie, but it is unknown which role he took.

Nevertheless, there are massive claims regarding Oscar Isaac playing Solid Snake, the main character and protagonist of the game franchise Hideo Kojima. Isaac wants the public to be excited about the movie adaptation as he claims that the game has massive potential and stories that they may pick up on once it delivers.

Isaac was already cast in 2020 and is incredibly invested in the project as he shows enthusiasm about the "Metal Gear" movie.

A 2018 tweet from Boss Logic says that Oscar Isaac is one considerable actor for Solid Snake, but also suggests Henry Cavill for Snake, capturing a striking resemblance to the character.

'Metal Gear Solid' and Its Massive Franchise

There are massive reports regarding the continuation of massive game franchises from games publisher, KONAMI, who were initially speculated to be working on significant titles. It includes the massive names on its list including the "Silent Hill" games, "Metal Gear Solid," "Castlevania," and more to return.

Furthermore, two of these titles came from the celebrated game developer and maker, Hideo Kojima, whose work has been the pinnacle of survival horror games and thriller action titles.

The return of these game franchises gives the world hope for future installments of the famous titles which the public enjoyed for decades until the present. It includes the rumors surrounding the "Silent Hill" and "Metal Gear Solid" titles that are coming soon for the latest-generation consoles, with a new "Silent Hill 2" remaster on its way.

On top of it, the "Metal Gear" franchise is also seeing a first-of-its-kind movie adaptation that will center on a live-action film, with Oscar Isaac highly rumored to represent the famed operative, Solid Snake. Still, all this remains as rumors as there are no specific announcements or confirmations for the movie adaptation.
