In addition to its impressive safety features, car enthusiasts can also benefit from Hyundai Motor Group's commitment to developing advanced battery technology that enables stress-free driving performance and long-range, as seen in their previous models, the IONIQ 5.

Hyundai IONIQ 6 EV Scores Five Stars in Euro NCAP Safety Rating

The Euro NCAP assesses vehicles undergoing the safety test through four categories: Adult Occupant, Child Occupant, Vulnerable Road User, and Safety Assist.

The IONIQ 6 EV reportedly excelled in the 'Adult Occupant,' 'Child Occupant,' and 'Safety Assist' categories. Notably, Auto Evolution reports that the vehicle impressed the organization with a 97% result in Adult Occupant Protection.

Hyundai Motor Europe's Vice President for Marketing and Product Andreas-Christoph Hofmann expressed that the high Euro NCAP rating was proof of the vehicle's effective safety features.

"The fact that IONIQ 6 has followed IONIQ 5 in achieving the maximum five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP is proof that not only is Hyundai a leader in future mobility, but also that our models are among the safest in Europe," Hofmann stated. "Hyundai is committed to guaranteeing our customers and all road users a high level of safety and technology-driven mobility solutions, and the latest five-star Euro NCAP rating underlines our success in achieving that goal."
