Instead of having different buttons to arrange one's music libraries, like a separate "Add to Playlist" feature on the three-dot menu and the Heart icon to add it to favorites, it is now integrated into one setting to rule them all.
The company said this is a new "seamless" way to save their favorite songs or discovered ones from recommendations, feeds, or new releases on the app.

Use the 'Plus' Button to Arrange Playlists, Library
Using the Heart button before would only add the music to their Favorites and their Library as they go on to listen to other music. However, with the Plus button, users can choose a destination where they would save the song, either on different titled playlists or their music library, with the choice being entirely up to the account holder.
