As any budding relationship goes, the people involved need to live through the hardships and shared experiences to further their bond and grow in their new found friendship.

From last week's Better Call Saul episode Five-O, we now have Bingo. And bingo-bango it is with all the characters experiencing what being grateful and coming face to face with obligations is all about.

What kind of obligations? Read on to find out and beware of spoilers...

We start off with our main character Jimmy McGill completing his task of helping out a newfound friend Mike Ehrmantraut, an ex-cop turned humble parking attendant, in smoothing out his situation regarding swiping a detective's notebook from last week's episode.

But in true Mike manner, he brushes Jimmy aside and deals with the detectives himself. Jimmy, being a concerned friend and lawyer, waits for Mike outside and asks Mike what he and the detectives discussed.

Mike gruffly replies, "None of your business, I no longer require your services." Seems like the budding friendship is no more between these two but perhaps these two will need each other again later in the show.

After a day in court, Jimmy finds his older brother Chuck outside their house, which is unusual. "I've been attempting to build of a tolerance for electromagnetic field," Chuck says while standing in the light of day counting up to 120. Jimmy smartly wheels in boxes of files inside the house, which peaks Chucks interest and draws him indoors.

With things seemingly looking up for Jimmy, he decides to visit a building with plans of turning it into a new office. Jimmy takes Kim Wexler along to ask for some advice and impress the skirt off of her. With the line "Gotta look successful to be successful" from Jimmy, shows the bigger picture that he is offering Kim a position as partner in his own law firm. Though Kim visibly declines the offer, we get the hint that she is tempted to leave her post in Hamlin & McGill, after all Jimmy can be quite a charmer.

The excitement in this week's episode further builds up when the Kettlemans are advised by Kim to plead guilty to the charges against Craig Kettleman, and to top it off, return the $1.6 million they stole. The real ball buster of this couple is revealed to be Betsy Kettleman as she fires Kim as their attorney and adamantly states that she does not want to give up the money.

With still having to face charges, the Kettlemans decided to call Jimmy to represent them in court instead. At a dinner meeting, Betsy in all businesslike tone tells Jimmy, "We want no jail time" and to make sure Jimmy goes along with their plan, they reminded him of the supposed retainer fee Jimmy got when the couple bribed him when he found them in the desert a couple of episodes back.

Poor Jimmy, what is he to do? All his dreams of getting a new office and strutting his stuff will definitely be placed back in the burner. Confused, Jimmy calls Kim for advice and she tells him, "You have to convince them to come back to me."

But in slim Jim fashion, he calls Mike for assistance instead. Jimmy hatches a brilliant plan where Mike will steal the Kettlemans' stolen stash and Jimmy will surrender it to the D.A.'s office. We see a glimpse that Jimmy isn't all too corrupted with everything that is happening when he rightfully surrendered the bribe money he received from the Kettlemans as well.

After the earlier events where Mike and Jimmy seemed to have parted ways, we can't help but wonder why Mike agreed to do Jimmy's dirty work, but the simple conversation between the two explains it all, "Am I correct in assuming we're now square?" Mike asks Jimmy, in which Jimmy responds, "Square."

The next day, Jimmy informs the Kettlemans that their leverage on him and their prized nest egg is now gone leaving the couple in a nervous fit of a breakdown. Jimmy calmly directs the couple and advises them of their best recourse, "Here's what we're gonna do, luckily we have a very talented lawyer you who can minimize the damage. You're gonna take that deal."

Jimmy does the right thing but his bingo of a chance to have a new office and new start, as a credible law firm is a bust. The episode closes with Jimmy letting out his frustrations on a hapless door and being man enough to let out his feelings by crying his heart out.
