Comics book readers can now get a bundle of comics from creators like Jaime Hernandez, Alan Moore and Scott Snyder at a seriously low price.

The Forbidden Comics Bundle is being offered by Humble Bundle in celebration of Banned Books Week. The bundle is curated by the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF), which fights to defend the First Amendment rights of comic book professionals who have had their titles challenged or banned for being "unfit" for society.

This year's theme is based on young adult titles. Customers can name their price for titles like Maggie the Mechanic (Love & Rockets), The Frank Book, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Vol. 3, CBLDF Presents: Liberty, Madame Paul Affair and Bone Vol. 1.

Those who pay more than the average price also get The Little Man, The Boys: Herogasm, Heartbreak Soup (Love & Rockets), Barefoot Gen Vol 1: A Cartoon Story of Hiroshima, Sidescrollers, Essex County, and Elfquest: The Final Quest Vol. 1.

Customers willing to pay $15 or more also get The New York Times bestseller Not Funny Haha by Leah Hayes, Wytches Vol. 1 by Scott Snyder, and the audiobook Information Doesn't Want To Be Free by Cory Doctorow, Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer, as read by Wil Wheaton.

The collection would cost comic book fans up to $231 if purchased separately, but Humble Bundle will let you pay either a custom amount, or $12, $15, or $25 for the banned books.

Over 4,000 purchases have been made so far, with the average customer paying $11.83. That brings the total payments up to more than $53,000.

The bundle is available on Humble Bundle's website for the next two weeks as Banned Book Week runs from September 27 to October  3. Humble Bundle will add more titles on September 30.
