NASA teased in an upcoming live conference new details about Mars' lost atmosphere. Its history and fate will be revealed on Nov. 5. But before that, a new alien conspiracy theory hit the Internet. This time, it coincides with the upcoming release of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.
A 'drone-like' structure was found on Mars by UFO spotter and YouTuber Paranormal Crucible. The remains of it were 'discovered' and believed to be driven by ancient Martians.
"The anomaly which appears to be the result of intelligent design was photographed by the rover as it surveyed the area around rock nest at Gale Crater. In my opinion this object is an extraterrestrial drone possibly built by the indigenous Martian populace or perhaps it was deployed by an off world alien species who were exploring the Martian surface," said Paranomal Crucible on the YouTube video which explains alien drone theory.
The image was actually taken way back in 2012 but YouTuber Paranomal Crucible revisited old discoveries and did some photo enhancements to reveal what the drone-like structure could be and what it could have looked like years ago.
In the original NASA photo, the 'drone-like' structure looked like pieces of flat rocks piled on top of each other with a pipe-like hole in the middle. Paranormal Crucible's enhanced photo suggests that the pipe-like hole could have been a weapon's barrel and that the drone-like structure could have been some sort of mechanical device operated by local, ancient martians or dropped by other aliens from distant planets.
"I really like his cleaned up photo of the object and his new perspective. It gives us a chance to look at it as it was when it was made, and how it might have been used," said Scott Waring of UFOSightingsDaily who complimented Paranomal Crucible' enhanced photo.
Mars has been getting plenty of conspiracy theories. On Oct. 23, Paranormal Crucible published a video that showed some sort of prairie dog walking on Mars' surface. Then on Oct. 26, Waring wrote about it on UFOSightingsDaily, stressing how NASA uploads Mars photos in black and white to hide plants and living creatures that would have been obvious if the photos were colored.
Perhaps NASA will shed light on the two conspiracy theories in the coveted Nov. 5 live conference to be held at NASA's Washington Headquarters at the James Webb Auditorium. The live conference will detail new discoveries collected from MAVEN, the NASA spacecraft that has been studying Mars in orbit since 2014.
