RAF (Royal Air Force) is now warning about smart meters as the agency believes that these gadgets can affect the early warning systems in the United Kingdom.

EWS technologies allow them to prepare their counterattacks to destroy the ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) and other trajectory weapons.
RAF Warns About Smart Meter Installations
According to Express UK's latest report, the warning of the Royal Air Force came after experts claimed that Russia is creating a "superweapon."

Speculations claimed that the superweapon is in the form of a nuclear-powered cruise missile. Since this is the case, the U.K. needs to ensure that its EWS is working properly.
Because of RAF's warning, new smart meter upgrades are now halted, especially those supposed to be conducted near RAF Fylingdales.
The Royal Air Force explained that the frequency of a smart meter is similar to the one used by the United Kingdom's early warning system.
The defense agency added that smart meter signals could clash with the signals sent by EWS, which can lead to confusion if a missile is detected.
Russia To Release New IBM by 2030
Wion reported that Russia is planning to release a new intercontinental ballistic missile called "Kedr."
Some rumors claimed that this new weapon is expected to replace the current RS-23 Yars ICBM. When it comes to the launch date, Kedr can be released around 2030.
